It's only minutes from Central Hackney and 2 stops from Stratford, it its also easy to get to Dalston, Shoreditch, Hoxton etc. Homerton station is a 7 minute walk which gives great access also to central London. Its literally 50 yards from Chatsworth Rd which I love !! Loads of independent shops, cafes and deli's. The house has an amazing open plan living room and kitchen area with doors which lead onto a patio, which makes it a great social area to hang out. It has marble and wooden floors throughout and all the utensils you could need, Nutri Bullet, coffee machine, spiralizer, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher. The double room is on the Top Floor its on your own private floor !! Its bright and airy with large loft windows and wooden flooring.
