Workspace available for creative in approx 140sqft space with separate kitchen, bathroom and hallway to share with one other person. The hallway is currently being developed to be used as an arts/exhibition space which will be part of a project for Yinka Shonibare's Guest Projects 2015. The space is in a domestic setting with cat (very relaxed) that is currently used by one other artist. The space will be available to work in from 9-6 daily but I am very flexible. All bills included - internet/gas/electric, use of fridge/cooker. Based in Hackney Central close to all amenities and transport links. I am looking for someone who might be interested in being involved in developing the project or being involved in the exhibitions we are developing, so this might be of interest to an emerging artist looking for a unique space/project to work in although not essential.
